How long does it take to make a doll? Some dolls can take up to 12 hours to complete. This reflects the time, patience, skill, and love that each of our women artisans puts into every piece. Cado dolls are never rushed, and never ordinary.
Who makes the dolls? Through our Cado HerMade initiative, we partner with talented women artisans from different countries. Each maker brings her own craft, creativity, and care to the process — every doll tells the story of the woman who made her.
Are the dolls safe for babies and young children? Yes. We use premium cotton yarn specifically chosen for its softness and safety. As with all handmade items featuring small details, we recommend supervision for children under 3 years old.

Are gift sets ready to give, or do I need to wrap them? Cado gift sets are designed to be ready-to-gift. We take care of the presentation so you don't have to — just add your personal note and it's ready to be given.
How long will my order take to arrive? Since many of our products are handmade to order, processing times may vary. You'll receive an estimated delivery window at checkout. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel on its way.
Can I return or exchange a doll? Because our dolls are handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged? We're so sorry if that happens. Please contact us with a photo of the item and your order details, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or a refund.
