At Cado, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging intact.

with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Handmade or artisanal items
- Earrings and personal accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
